Leadership

“My daily mission is to provide dedicated support to my team and the residents and families we serve at Greenhaven, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their stay.”

Kristal Jaggers

Admissions and Marketing Director

With a personal commitment to serving others, Kristal Jaggers discovered her passion for healthcare during her youth when volunteering at a nursing home in eighth grade. She then pursued her passion by completing a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program during high school and continued her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. Kristal’s career in healthcare began in 2015 at the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Cape Coral, Florida, where she cultivated her love for the elderly population. In 2019, she took on the role of Center Manager for a group of primary care providers upon her return to North Carolina. However, her deep connections with the elderly population drew her back, leading to her transition in 2022 to the role of Admissions and Marketing Director. In 2019, Kristal tragically lost her grandfather, her closest confidant, to Alzheimer’s disease. For the last three years of his life, he was in a skilled nursing facility, where Kristal spent countless days and nights with him, witnessing the care provided to her loved one and the other residents. This experience solidified her determination to dedicate her career to the service and well-being of the elderly population.
